We’re not sure what Dan Berstein was thinking on this one. Berstein, a sports radio show host on 670 The Score in Chicago, had a bizarre Twitter conversation about CSN reporter Aiyana Crystal that will definitely come with repercussions.
After fellow talk show host Matt Spiegel make a comment on something surrounding Crystal’s reporting abilities, saying she makes him feel uncomfortable, Bernstein apparently felt compelled to respond in an extremely inappropriate fashion:
But that wasn’t the end of it, as the two continued the exchange with Bernstein repeatedly commenting on her breasts:
Who needs twitter trolls when women sports reporters have colleagues like this? pic.twitter.com/mh6J34Cv4M

Bernstein clearly went way over the line with the comments, ones that should be met with harsh discipline. Spiegel offered his side of the story on Thursday morning via Twitter:
My initial tweet was about a reporter's on air presence & work. I stand by that; fair game. I regret the exchange thereafter as it devolved.

I missed an opportunity to keep the subject on point, & stay respectful. I'm sorry for that on many levels,& sad I offended Aiyana & others.
