WOW! Taylor Swift dropped a nuke on the music world by selling 1.044 million physical albums in the album’s first week.
“That’s the highest total since 50 Cent moved 1.14 million of his album Massacre back in 2005. Lil Wayne was the last to crack the million mark in June, 2008, when Tha Carter III sold 1.005 million. Garth Brooks’ ’98 album Double Live remains the biggest Country album to date, selling 1.085m.
There is no point about talking about anyone except Taylor. Congrats, that is no small feat.
