This is almost too confusing to even write about. During her time speaking on the Illinois State Senate Floor, the Republican Senate Minority Leader Christine Radogno read aloud that Raekwon sent her some economic advice recently and felt compelled to read lyrics from “C.R.E.A.M” (Cash Rules Everything Around Me). How annoying is this woman’s voice?
