Last July we were rudely reminded that lottery fraud apparently still exists. During a Serbian lottery ball drawing, there was a clear instance of fraud in which the TV station accidentally tipped their hand in botching the cover-up.
With the Powerball jackpot sitting at $1.5 billion and lottery fever taking over the United States, it seems like an appropriate time to relive this hilariously bizarre case of fraud.
Watch as the first three numbers are drawn and revealed to the audience correctly, with TV graphics showing each number after the ball is shown. But then the fourth ball, 27, comes down the tube and all hell breaks loose.
