Nintendo has pretty much exhausted its stable of recognizable characters when it comes to Super Smash Bros – the series of video games in which you and your friends take control of such lovable characters like Mario and Donkey Kong and have them beat the living shit out of each other.
Nintendo has addressed that problem by including some non-Nintendo characters recently, like Sonic the Hedgehog, Solid Snake and, most recently, even Mega-Man.
And now, with the latest installment of the game (for both the Wii U and the Nintendo DS), the Super Smash Bros franchise will welcome Pac-Man to the mix. While that may seem odd considering that Pac-Man is basically known for being a quarter-eating monster at your local penny arcade, if Smash Bros can find room for Mr. Game and Watch, it can find room for Pac-Man. This looks incredibly fun.
