Nicole Kidman was a guest on The Tonight Show last night and her appearance took an unexpected turn when she & Jimmy reflected back on the first time they met in New York City. Fallon starts giving his version of the events – basically, he thought Kidman wanted to meet with him to talk about a possible film role – but was totally caught off guard when Kidman said she thought it was a date and, basically, Fallon totally blew it.
It’s pretty hilarious to watch Jimmy try to come to grips with the reality that he accidentally destroyed a pretty great chance to date a Hollywood movie star, only to find out years later. He reacted just about the way anybody would.
