Speaking of Eminem…MTV is back with it’s highly anticipated “2010 Hottest MC’s List” And after all these years, guess who’s #1? Honestly not sure if that is a good thing or a bad thing for hip hop music. A couple of observations on the list overall:
- I LOVE Jay-Z. But the fact that a 40 year old is #2 on this list is sad state of affairs. Where’s the youthful innovation?
- Rick Ross is at #5 and 50 cent isn’t even included. That is rapper redemption for the Ages. Office Ricky stands tall
- Nicki Minaj is overrated
- Wacka Flocka Flame is the worst name in the history of music. This guy screams one hit wonder. Get him off the list.
- B.O.B. is on heavy rotation on Radio Disney. Radio Disney.
