In one of the oddest stories of the week, musician Adam Levine was sugar bombed outside of Jimmy Kimmel Live on Wednesday. The Maroon 5 frontman was apparently exiting the building and briefly stopped to mingle with fans and sign a few autographs. At which point, some idiot hurled a brick of powdered sugar directly at him, drenching his entire upper body and most of his face.

According to E! News, the guy was immediately grabbed and arrested for battery.The video below from TMZ doesn’t show the attack itself but it does begin a couple seconds after he was drilled:
