When I heard that Ryan Reynolds would be starring in a new movie in which he has the ability to speak to his pets, I really didn’t expect this. The first official trailer for the film – titled ‘Voices’ – was released this week and, well, prepare to be creeped out.
It’s basically an imagination of what Dr. Doolittle would be like if he was also an absolutely batshit crazy serial killer, so that’s pretty fun. From the looks of things, Reynolds is encouraged to murder peopple by his evil cat (obviously) while his dog apparently acts as the angel on the other shoulder (obviously).
Starring alongside Reynolds in the film is Anna Kendrick (<3) and Gemma Arterton, or at least her head. The film hits select theaters and On Demand on February 6.
