Marvel fans will be able to attend the Avengers: Age of Ultron movie while wearing official Avengers adidas shoes.
Using the adidas Quicksilver Hyperfast as its model, the Avengers sneaker features a gray upper, a neon green liner and outsole and the Avengers logo on the heel of the shoe and the insole. Showing ~brand synergy~, adidas will make the shoe available to the public on May 1st, the release date for the latest Avengers flick.
Having an Avengers shoe is cool and all but the sneaker doesn’t really scream “team of Marvel superheros” to me. The kids line of Avengers-themed shoes that adidas released earlier this month did a much better job at paying homage to Captain America, the Hulk and Iron Man.
