***SPOILER ALERT***
If you watched Game of Thrones Sunday night, you’re probably still in shock over the brutal demise of Oberyn Martell, aka the Red Viper, who got a little too cocky in his one-on-one match with The Mountain, and paid dearly for it by having his brains splattered all over the fighting ring.
While we don’t doubt a real-life giant like The Mountain (played by Hafþór Júlíus Björnsson) could crush Pedro Pascal (who plays…err…played Oberyn), it’s good to know the two are, in fact totally cool with each other in real life. Pascal posted a photo of the two on his Instagram account Monday morning, to remind fans that it’s all just make-believe.
However, the photo is a lot more jovial than the one Lena Headey posted two months ago, which basically gave away what happened to Oberyn.
