From Salt-n-Pepa’s 1993 disc Very Necessary, here’s “Whatta Man.” This song gets the nod over “Shoop” by virtue of a cameo appearance by Tupac, who’s the guy in the bed scene. Having the ladies from En Vogue sing lead vocals doesn’t hurt either.
Also I’ve got to give credit to Salt-n-Pepa for squishing the video together during editing; taller and skinnier is a good look for them.
