Jay Bilas is seemingly one of the more approachable characters over at ESPN and it is hard not to agree that Queens University of Charlotte made a great choice in landing him for their 2014 undergraduate commencement address. Jay was smart, funny and obviously dropped a Young Jeezy reference or two.
