In the middle of Chinatown resides Lam Zhou Handmade Noodle. The restaurant is small, you walk in, seat yourself, order in the back. There’s a giant yellow sign with menu items to choose from. They make their noodles in house, you can see someone in the back pounding the dough, pretty neat. The dumplings are hands down the best I’ve ever consumed. You can choose either fried or steamed dumplings and you get around 12 for $3. Their noodle soup is a hangover cure for sure, its only $5.50 for a generous portion. You’ll be happy you found this hole in the wall.
