Today was the first I have heard about this mystical ‘McDonald’s After Midnight Menu,’ and it looks pretty fantastic. It still baffles me why they don’t serve breakfast all day, but I know they are testing out different possibilities. Give a click on the image and it will appear in full-size.
According to the Chicago Times:
About half of the chain’s 14,000 U.S. restaurants are open all of the time. Most of them generally start serving a full breakfast menu at 5:00 AM and stop at 10:30 AM, though the schedule may vary by restaurant or region.
A company spokeswoman said the program expands on years-long testing of limited late-night breakfast menus. Now the menu will be available “in participating 24-hour restaurants in select local markets across the country,” according to a statement. Late night breakfast is already available in North Delaware, Del. and Bryan and College Station, Texas.
