Tea: An herbal tea can help reduce nauseous and hydrate you. Ginseng tea will work magic, the herb generates fluids and calms the body. You can find the plant at most grocery stores.
Juice: Tomato juice has simple sugars and the fructose will help flush out remaining alcohol in your system. Go for a virgin bloody mary.
