After a night out of drinking, the next morning usually seems to be the worst day ever. It’s hard to remember how many drinks you had and how much water you didn’t have. We all have those nights of excessive drinking, its hard to find something to help cure our hang over the next day. Unless you’re some sort of freak that never gets hangovers, we have a list of a few things that will help get you right back on your feet.
Foods
After waking up feeling like crap, food might be the last thing you want to consume. The foods listed below have the ingredients your body will need to recover from mayhem it endured.
Asparagus: This vegetable will boost your levels of important enzymes that break down alcohol in your body. It’s also a diuretic, it will make you pee more and get the alcohol out of your system.
Ginger: If you’re feeling nauseous, ginger will help your body out with gas relief, indigestion and bloating. I recommend cutting some up and making ginger tea.
Eggs: Eggs for breakfast is a good idea because they have heavy loads of cysteine- amino acids that break down toxins.
Bananas: This fruit is high in potassium and will help improve muscle function.
