Pacific Coast
Highway 1 along the California Coast is one of the most attractive drives. Start in Monterey, drive barely anywhere and stop by the beach in Carmel. Big Sur is next on this list and it will not disappoint. Spend some quality time with Mother Nature and camp or hike. Final stop is San Simeon or you can keep driving along Southern California where the water might be a tad bit warmer.
