Sunny Saini, who according to his Linkedin page, works for ESPN in the research department made quite the bet at the beginning of the NBA season and it paid off big time thanks to the Atlanta Hawks coach.
Sunny put down a $5 wager at sportsbook.ag at the beginning of the season for Atlanta Hawks coach Mike Budenholzer to win coach of the year, and his prediction (and bet) came true on Tuesday. Budenholzer was named Coach of the Year in the NBA on Tuesday and it was well deserved after leading the Hawks to a #1 playoff seed in the East just a year after the team went 38-44.
I think that was a solid prediction. Thanks @ATLHawks & coach Mike Budenholzer for coming through. @darrenrovell RT? pic.twitter.com/TTc4LUCCd3
