As drone laws and regulations continue to be developed, refined and instituted, it appears that almost every existing drone law will be called into question following an incident on Tuesday morning in New York City. Live Leak posted video of a drone supposedly colliding with a passenger plane during takeoff, riping off a portion of the winglet upon doing so.
