Fresh off the sale of his $3 billion sale of Beats Electronics to Apple, Dr. Dre has bought a new palace in California – and it’s the one that Tom Brady and Gisele Bundchen had built.
It seemed like it took forever for construction on Brady and Gisele’s mansion in Brentwood, California to finish. In total, the 14,000 square foot and five-acre property – which features a state of the art gym, lagoon-style infinity pool, massive guest house, waterfall and, yes, a koi moat – took around four years to finish.
With all of Dre’s extra cash, the new Apple executive decided to snatch up the humongous house at a $40 million pricetag, significantly lower than Mr. & Mrs. Brady’s $50 million asking price. They’ll reportedly be looking to use that money to find a new place on the east coast.
