According to the NY Post Derek Jeter has landed himself a new girlfriend, and she seems wonderful. Hannah Davis is a 22 year-old Ralph Lauren model who has green eyes and we assume likes long walks on the beach. Derek Jeter is 38 years old currently and it is good to see that he finally rebounded from his numerous gorgeous girlfriends including Minka Kelly.
