Hurricane Sandy caused the David Letterman show to be taped yesterday with no audience, and it kind of freaked me out. You have to hand it to Dave for being able to handle an entire show without some of that instant feedback that most entertainers need and feed off of. Check out the below clip of the opening monologue and you will see what I mean. Dave’s guest was Denzel Washington and I highly recommend that you tape the show on Tuesday night to check it all out.
