Nobody is ever going to forget what happened towards the finish line of the Boston Marathon last year, especially not those directly affected by the tragedy. But a huge step was taken in putting the awful events of the 2013 marathon behind us this week, as city workers laid a fresh coat of paint on the finish line for this year’s race on Tuesday morning.
This year’s marathon will be held on April 21st and will undoubtedly be the most significant and most talked-about race in the storied history of the event.
