I will be seeing this when it releases, and so should you. Bill Murray absolutely nails this role from just these clips.
According to The Daily What:
It is a film that finds American treasure Bill Murray stepping into Franklin Roosevelt’s wheelchair. Based on events that transpired during King George’s visit to the States in 1939, Hyde Park reunites Murray with his Rushmore love interest, Olivia Williams, and is helmed by Notting Hill director Roger Michell — so expect a lot of subtle humor about the differences between Americans and Brits. Hyde Park on Hudson opens December 7.
