The owner of what appears to be a decent bicycle was thrilled recently when not only his bike returned, but it had an apology note from the thief attached. If only everyone was this honest and generous. Okay, yeah, he’s still technically a thief, but he’s a good thief. I mean, is the Hamburglar really all that bad?
