There’s probably some variation of the joke “How many *insert type of person* does it take to screw in a light bulb?” that involves body builders. We have no idea what the answer to that question might be, but if this exchange from a thread over at Bodybuilding.com is any indication, we feel safe in assuming it’s “a lot”.
