Colorado Buffaloes head coach Deion Sanders has made it very clear that he has a lot of respect for legendary Alabama Crimson Tide head coach Nick Saban. But he might have even more respect for Saban’s wife.
During a recent appearance on “The Joel Klatt Show,” Deion Sanders made it very clear just how much he appreciates and respects Terry Saban, the longtime wife and supporter of Nick Saban.
Oh my God, I love him and Terry, his wife Terry. I don’t mean to call her by her first name, Mrs. Saban, she needs to teach a masterclass on how to do it with all the women that are along aside the man.”
“She is unbelievable,” Deion continued. “Just to get your butt kicked and you go back and you look on your phone, and you’ve got a message from Miss Terry. It’s unbelievable.”
Of course, college football will look quite a bit different this season as Nick Saban announced his retirement from college football earlier this year, and it sounds like Sanders will miss him.
“He means so much to me personally as a man,” Sanders said of Saban. “And just watching him from near and far and being able to have access to pick up a phone and call him whenever I would need him … I hate that we lost him for college football’s sake.”
