On Sunday evening, NC State Wolf Pack star DJ Burns had a massive game in the Elite Eight to lead his team to victory over the Duke Blue Devils and punch their ticket to the Final Four. And after the game, he sent a pretty brutal message to Duke as he taunted one of their star players on social media.
After the game, DJ Burns posted a video on his Instagram story taunting Duke Blue Devils star Jared McCain.
In the clip shared by Burns, NC State guard DJ Horne got McCain to bite on a pump fake, jumping past him as Horne stepped away and made the three-point shot. But the clip also included an edited video of McCain dancing in a TikTok video.

Obviously, Burns earned the right to talk a little trash on social media after he scored 29 points while pulling down four rebounds to lead the team to the Final Four.
Burns and his team will undoubtedly enjoy the victory, but now they must refocus as they’re set to take on the top-seeded Purdue Boilermakers who are led by 7-foot-4 phenom Zach Edey.
We’ll have to see how Burns and the Wolfpack perform next week.
