One storyline emerging ahead of the 2024 NBA Draft is the destination for Bronny James. The son of the heralded and illustrious LeBron James entered the NBA Draft pool and has participated in the 2024 NBA Combine. So he’s going to be good to go when the draft comes around later this month.
Some have openly pondered whether LeBron and Bronny James will unite. There’s been speculation in the past of the two linking up somewhere, with the idea that a team hopeful of bringing James in or his current team would draft his son.
But according to James’ agent, Rich Paul, that idea isn’t really close to reality.
Paul expressed to NBA Draft expert Jonathan Givony that there is “no package deal” for LeBron and Bronny James.
“Rich Paul also says that there is no package deal option for LeBron and Bronny James with the Suns or Lakers,” Givony said. “The Lakers can draft Bronny, and LeBron doesn’t res-sign. LeBron is also not going to Phoenix for a minimum deal. We can squash that now,” he wrote.

Considering the source, this should squash any talks about this, as Paul is one of the closest people connected to LeBron in the space right now.
