Being a ref in the NBA is no easy task, just ask poor Danny Crawford after his groins recent encounter with Carlos Boozer’s fist. The latest victim is veteran Bill Kennedy who was knocked to the ground during the tip off of Milwaukee’s 131-102 win over Charlotte on Monday. The assailant was Larry Sander’s elbow.
