Brian Kelly may not have led Notre Dame to a National Championship, but there is no doubt that he exceeded expectations for this year. It is only natural that the solid coaching job Kelly did would be noticed by some teams in the NFL, and it seems the Eagles have made the first move. Apparently the two parties have met, and there is mutual interest. No use speculating anymore, just sit back and enjoy the Irish faithful have a quick freak-out.
From @adamschefter & myself: Eagles interviewed Notre Dame coach Brian Kelly. Sides will revisit when Kelly returns from out of country.
