GameStop teamed up with Nintendo and West Coast Customs to build a real life Mario Kart for their latest PowerUp Rewards Giveaway. Nathanial Stehley was the lucky winner greeted at his front door by a life-size Mario and his new wheels. The giveaway was to promote the launch of Mario Kart 7 for Nintendo 3DS.
We need answers to a couple questions:
1. Does the Mario kart come fully equipped with a rear banana peel dispenser and turtle shell launcher?
2. Was Xzibit in the Mario costume to greet Stehley with his infamous catch phrase “you just got pimped”?
