A fan decided it best to disrupt Everton’s home match against Manchester City for quite a while Tuesday night when he handcuffed himself to a goal post. The fan jumped on Goodison Park field just before halftime and handcuffed himself to City goalkeeper Joe Hart’s left post. Police officers had to uncut him from the post before the match could resume. Still no word on what he was protesting.
