Elon Musk is having an unprecedented run of success. Thanks to the massive successes of his companies, Tesla and SpaceX, as well as the purchase of the popular social media website Twitter, Musk recently became the first person to ever have their net worth pass $400 billion.
Musk has also been named to President-elect Donald Trump’s administration as an efficiency expert after helping him on the campaign trail leading up to the November presidential election.
Now, Musk is looking to turn his hot hand to the sports world.

Fans reacted to the revelation on social media.
“he’ll rename the club something pretentious, charge exorbitant prices for matches, use liverpool as a promotional platform for space X or tesla, transform anfield into something ridiculous, push for outlandish recruitment strategies, bang out a load of rubbish on socials. pass,” one fan wrote on Twitter.
“I’d never really thought about what it would take for me to stop supporting LFC. This headline answered that question for me,” added one fan.
“Liverpool Football Club, belongs to the Great City, it’s equally Great People and worldwide fans, above all is steeped in history! It’s legendary players and managers stretch back years! No amount of money can or ever will change its Greatness,” another fan added.
“So a Man Utd fan wants to buy Liverpool! He would never buy a football team as he is a control freak. He would interfere too much in team selection and buying and selling players. Any club would be looking at relegation within a few seasons of him owning it,” someone else wrote.
