As he prepares for the upcoming NFL season, Miami Dolphins star quarterback Tua Tagovailoa has made some pretty big changes to his appearance to the point that many Dolphins fans don’t even recognize the quarterback.
Tua Tagovailoa appeared at a meet-and-greet event at a Macy’s department store in Aventura, Florida. A video from the event shows that he has a completely new look with long, curly hair and a clean-shaven face. He also appears to have lost a significant amount of weight since last season.
He looked so different that Giselle Espinales of NBC6 – who posted the video – even felt the need to clarify that it was indeed Tagovailoa in the video.

It is definitely Tagovailoa in the video, but he does look shockingly different compared to how he has looked in the past, sparking a lot of reactions on social media.

Tagovailoa is currently in the midst of contract negotiations with the Dolphins as they two try to work out a long-term contract extension to keep him with the team for the foreseeable future.
