As United States President Joe Biden prepares for the upcoming presidential election against Donald Trump, he is undoubtedly seeking the support of as many prominent individuals as possible. But this week, he got the opposite as a star NFL player absolutely blasted him during a graduation speech at college.

This weekend, Kansas City Chiefs superstar kicker Harrison Butker was the guest commencement speaker for Benedictine College, a small Catholic school in Kansas. As part of his speech, Butker spoke out against many things that he believes are a threat to his Catholic values and beliefs.

“You missed out on so many milestones that us older people have taken for granted,” said Butker referring to the COVID-19 pandemic. “While COVID may have played a large role throughout your formative years, it is not unique. Bad policies and poor leadership have negatively impacted major life issues. Things like abortion, IVF, surrogacy, euthanasia, as well as a growing support for degenerate cultural values in media all stem from the pervasiveness of disorder”

Butker then specifically blasted Biden for his policies despite claiming to be a Catholic.

“Our own nation is led by a man who publically and proudly proclaims his Catholic faith,” Butker said. “But at the same time is delusional enough to make the sign of the cross during a pro-abortion rally. He has been so vocal in his support for the murder of innocent babies that I’m sure to many people it appears that you can be both Catholic and pro-choice. He is not alone. From the fan behind the COVID lockdown, to the people pushing gender ideologies onto the youth of America. They all have a glaring thing in common. They are all Catholic.”

Obviously, it’s pretty brutal new for Biden that he’s getting blasted by an NFL star just months before the election, and it led to a lot of reactions on social media.

Those are certainly some harsh words for Biden.
