While there’s been much debate recently about rookie hazing in sports, there’s one ritual that we can all agree is funny and harmless: filling the rookie’s car with popcorn!
(Of course, that buttery smell probably lingers for a while even with a full-on cleaning job, but there could be worse car smells)
Milwaukee Bucks superstar Giannis Antetokounmpo led the latest popcorn-in-car effort, and Bucks rookie forward Sterling Brown was the victim of the prank.
Antetokounmpo claimed the prank was for Brown not doing his rookie duties.
“This is what you get! You weren’t able to do your rookie duties, man! I need some towels in my seats every game! After every game!”
