Chris Sale has been making hitters look silly so far this season, posting a 5-0 record with a 1.66 ERA.
His latest start came Tuesday against the Blue Jays, and it was business as usual for the White Sox ace. He allowed just four hits and one run in eight innings, striking out six. But in the eighth inning, Sale was fooled just as badly as the Toronto hitters he faced.
White Sox catcher Dioner Navarro tossed a ball to the mound when Sale already had a ball in his hand, and Sale was caught completely off-guard. The umpire found it absolutely hysterical.
