On February 25th 1977, Pistol Pete Maravich dropped a ridiculous Jazz record of 68 points against the New York Knicks, and there is video. Maravich was unstoppable all night and ended up going 26 for 43 from the field and 16 for 19 from the charity stripe. to top it off, the performance allowed the Jazz to beat the Knicks by a score of 124-107.
The video above allows you to watch every point that Pete scored that evening, and it will give you a good idea of why he is one of the greatest of all-time.
