For two Indiana High School girls basketball teams, the season has come to an end.
That’s because the Indiana High School Athletic Association cancelled the remainder of Ben Davis High School and Pike High School’s seasons due to a brawl that broke out between the two sides. According to the IHSAA’s press release on the matter, neither school is allowed to play in the state tournament and all coaches will have to take behavioral courses. Also, all players are required to take sportsmanship courses, and both schools will be on probation for the 2016-17 season.
