Of all the moments in the 2015 NCAA Tournament, none matched the sheer emotion and impact of Georgia State coach Ron Hunter’s reaction to seeing his son RJ hit the game-winning shot against Baylor.
The moment quickly went viral and now, Hunter’s spill is receiving an honor that is only reserved for sports’ greatest moments and figures – a bobblehead.
The great-looking figure was commissioned by Phil Sklar, the CEO of the National Bobblehead Hall of Fame and Museum (Yes, it exists).
According to the Atlanta Journal-Constitution, the bobblehead costs $25 and a dollar of the proceeds goes towards the Samaritan’s Feet charity.
Just look at the attention to detail. There’s the blue stool, the cast and the black on black outfit. Hell, even Hunter’s smile was as wide as his bobblehead suggests when he fell off his seat on that fateful March day.
