Wednesday’s playoff game between the Toronto Blue Jays and the Texas Rangers exploded in controversy after the Rangers were able to take a 3-2 lead in the seventh inning after Rougned Odor was able to score after Blue Jays catcher Russell Martin accidentally hit Shin-Soo Choo’s bat while throwing the ball back to the mound.

However, Blue Jays fans were (understandably) livid about the call because it sure looks like the home umpire ruled the play dead before Odor made it to home plate.

Things got so bad that Blue Jays fans began throwing things onto the field in protest, much to the dismay of their home team’s players.
