Last night, the full power of the Based God Curse was on full display during Game 2 of the Rockets and Warriors playoff series.
Lil B, already well-known for placing a curse on Kevin Durant that KD has yet to shake, let it be known that he was rooting for the Golden State Warriors because James Harden stole his “stirring the pot” move.
Go warriors @warriors and let James harden no he doing the Lil B cooking dance if he doing that flickin wrist or whipping he mark – Lil B

Of course, no one escapes the wrath of the Based God Curse, Lil B’s powers were on full display at the conclusion of Game 2 when James Harden turned the ball over on the last play of the game.
People quickly took note of the connection between Harden’s gut-wrenching turnover and Lil B’s ominous Tweet. Oracle Arena (where the Warriors play their home games) sent out this Tweet to Lil B, thanking him for rooting for the home team.
@LILBTHEBASEDGOD thanks for being a fan, Lil B.

The Atlanta Hawks also made sure to bow down before the Based God in order to not piss off the man who can seemingly fell giants with mere 140 character messages.
Dear @LILBTHEBASEDGOD:
We're not like the others. Please show mercy and spare us #THEBASEDGODSCURSE.
Sincerely,
The Hawks

I feel like this is a practice that every NBA team should employ. You know, just in case.
UPDATE: The Warriors cover their bases as well. The Hawks approve.
