On Monday, President Obama officially joined the wild and scary world of Twitter.
The President started off his Twitter career by following a bunch of federal agencies, as well as some sports teams from his hometown of Chicago.
Which teams got the President’s Follow-of-Approval? The Chicago Bulls, the Chicago Bears, the Chicago Blackhawks and the Chicago White Sox.
Of course, that means that there was one rather notable sports franchise that Barack deemed not worthy of following; the poor, poor Chicago Cubs. Considering that President Obama is well-known for being a White Sox fan, the Cubs omission isn’t particularly surprising.
The President’s snub wasn’t lost on the Cubbies, who sent a Tweet towards Obama that was fantastically passive aggressive in that you-forgot-a-relative’s-birthday sort of way.
@POTUS We're big fans of America. Just saying. #YouMissedATeam

Just saying, Mr. President. Just saying.
