Ben Martin could have hardly found a better time to hit a hole-in-one than when he hit one on Wednesday while facing Matt Kuchar during the first round of the World Golf Championships – Cadillac Match Play.
On the par-3 17th hole, Martin let it rip and laid out a shot that ended up being a beauty.
The hole-in-one was made all the more impressive because the two were tied up to that point. Kuchar failed to make up the ground he lost on the 18th hole and Martin would go on to win the match.
