New England Patriots quarterback Tom Brady may be the best quarterback to ever play the game.
However, at the age of 37, Brady has reportedly been thinking of what he would like to do when he eventually hangs up his cleats. Chief among his interests?
Acting.
A source told Star magazine: “At 37, Tom knows he only has a few seasons left before retirement. He’s thinking ahead and believes he could become a huge movie star.
“He’s used to being a superstar. After winning the Super Bowl again, he’s thinking about new challenges outside of football.”
Thanks to friend and noted Tom Brady worshiper Mark Wahlberg, Brady has already landed guest appearances in two upcoming movies – Ted 2 and Entourage.
Wahlberg is sure that Brady is going to be incredibly successful as an actor:
“Tom [Brady] is in the movie. He plays himself, but he does an amazing job. Funny, funny moment.
“He did a great job, really funny. So, I got him in two movies.”
Tom Brady has stated that he believes that he’s “got a lot of football left” so there should be plenty of time for Brady to hone his acting craft before he’s ready to take it on as a full-time job.
At the very least, Tom Brady already plays a wicked Tom Brady.
