In the battle of AFC East rivals, the Buffalo Bills are slowly but surely putting the screws to the New York Jets.
In the third quarter and already up by a score of 17-3, the Bills had succeeded in pinning the Jets deep in their own territory. On the resulting punt attempt by Ryan Quigley, Anthony Dixon was able to bulldoze his way to the punter and block the Jets’ punt attempt. Of course, because it wouldn’t be a Jets game without all the crushing sadness of Gang Green, Manny Lawson would also recover the blocked punt for the easy touchdown.
