The Jersey Report made an infographic which shows the top selling female jersey of each state (data was collected through Dick’s Sporting Goods). While the results aren’t entirely surprising (Colin Kaepernick is popular in California!?! The Northeast loves the Patriots?!?) there are some interesting ones scattered among the states.
Andrew Luck being popular among women of Indianapolis isn’t surprising but Oregon? Who knew that Russell Wilson’s popularity would spread all the way to New Mexico? Also, what is with Wyoming’s women trolling the rest of Peyton-country with the Tom Brady love? And if anyone can figure out why the ladies of Alaska have more affection for Tony Romo than any other state in the nation, please let me know. These are the mysteries which keep me up at night.
