Kate Upton and Justin Verlander are making headlines anywhere and everywhere, from a romantic Mexican vacation to a cute dugout ball toss at Yankee Stadium.
While sitting in for Kelly Ripa on Live! With Kelly & Michael, the lovely Upton chatted with co-host Michael Strahan about that trip to Yankee Stadium, where she sat in the first row behind the Tigers dugout.
Of course the ball tossing incident came up, as did her upbringing as a Bronx Bombers fan, something that apparently doesn’t sit well with the organization. In the video below, starting around the 2:30 mark, Upton discusses an odd bit from New York when team officials would not allow her to wear any Tigers apparel.
They specifically told me…they’re like, ‘You’re not allowed to wear a Tigers hat. You’re not allowed to wear any Tigers gear.’ It’s like a bad breakup.
